Our expert staff provides an array of services including couples and individual therapy, intensive retreats, yoga for sexual fitness, and gynecological physical therapy. We work with a network of highly trained health professionals who provide medical evaluations as well. Your retreat will be designed around your specific needs as a couple. Whether it's for our 3 or 5 day retreat, you'll enjoy the spa-like environment at the Berman Center. It is the chance to relieve yourself from all your daily duties and situations while our highly trained clinical staff guides you through an experience that will change your relationship and your life. You'll receive individual and couples therapy, as well as other interventions, classes and seminars. Your days will be spent doing couples work at the Berman Center with Dr. Berman's staff of clinicians and educators as well as going on therapeutic dates and carrying out "homework assignments" around Chicago (and alone in your hotel room). These assignments are designed to help you address your specific relationship and sexual challenges. For example, you may be sent on trust building exercises, to a couples massage class, an erotic cooking class, or on a romantic or surrender date. Your time with us will be focused on working on your relationship, resolving conflicts, gaining communication skills, enhancing your sexual connection, and addressing any sexual function complaints. Many women come to the Berman Center for the Women's Retreat either alone or with some friends. If you are single, struggling in your relationships or between relationships, it's always important to take time for yourself so you can address what's blocking or inhibiting your sex life. We design your retreat around your specific needs. Whether it's for one of our 3 or 5 day retreats, you'll enjoy the spa-like environment at the Berman Center and relieve yourself from all your daily duties and distractions while our highly trained clinical staff guides you through an experience that will change your sex life. You'll receive talk therapy as well as other interventions, classes and seminars. Your days will be spent at the Berman Center with Dr. Berman's staff of clinicians and educators as well as out and about Chicago as you are sent on assignments designed around your specific challenges. Perhaps you will be asked to journal on a specific topic on the beach, sent on a sensory journey or given some sensual homework. Your time with us will be focused on identifying and working on any sexual inhibitions, addressing sexual function complaints, enhancing body image and enhancing coping and stress management skills when needed. The program costs $500.00 a day/person. |
